Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on kode69. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or a fictitious identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kode69 employs automated and manual duplicate-detection systems. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended, balances across all accounts forfeited, and the Member permanently banned from the platform.
You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. kode69 accepts no liability for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Member.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). kode69 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account protection. You must notify kode69 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. kode69 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, kode69 will conduct KYC identity verification. This process requires the Member to submit government-issued photo identification (e.g., KTP, SIM, or passport), proof of address, and, in some cases, proof of payment method ownership. kode69 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal privileges pending the satisfactory completion of KYC checks. Failure to provide required documentation within 30 calendar days of a verification request will result in account suspension.
kode69 currently accepts deposits via the following channels: Bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI); E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20.000 for e-wallets and Rp 50.000 for bank transfers. Deposits made via bank transfer are typically processed within minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–21:00 WIB). Deposits outside banking hours may be processed the following business day. E-wallet deposits are processed around the clock and are generally credited within five (5) minutes. All processing times stated are in WIB (UTC+7).
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Members are processed with an average turnaround of three (3) minutes during peak operational hours. Withdrawals may be subject to additional KYC verification, particularly for first-time requests or amounts exceeding account-tier thresholds. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. kode69 reserves the right to perform anti-money-laundering (AML) checks on any withdrawal request, which may temporarily delay processing.
Deposits and withdrawals must originate from payment accounts registered in the Member's own name. Deposits from third parties, anonymous payment methods, or unverified sources will be rejected and refunded where practicable. Any attempt to use kode69 as a conduit for money laundering or financial crime will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by kode69 are subject to specific wagering requirements, validity periods, minimum odds restrictions, and eligible game categories. These individual terms are published on the relevant promotion page and supplement — but do not replace — the general terms set out in this clause.
New Members who successfully register and complete their first deposit are eligible for the kode69 Welcome Bonus (100% up to Rp 1.000.000, subject to a 30× wagering requirement and a 30-day validity window). This bonus is available to each Member only once. Any attempt to claim the Welcome Bonus under multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and potential account suspension.
Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the gross amount of bets placed (stakes returned are not counted toward the requirement). kode69 employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets to clear wagering requirements, systematically exploiting promotional offers across multiple accounts, and using third-party software to optimize bonus extraction. Any Member found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus forfeited and may have their account suspended at kode69's sole discretion.
Bonus funds and free spins expire at the end of their published validity period. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the Member's account and are not recoverable. kode69 is not obligated to provide notice of bonus expiry beyond what is stated in the original promotion terms.
All sports bets placed on kode69 are governed by the sportsbook rules published in the Help section of the platform. In cases of dispute, kode69's official rule set takes precedence. kode69 offers markets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, and numerous other competitions. Mix parlay (an accumulator bet combining multiple selections for a higher combined payout) bets require all selections to win for the bet to return a profit; a single losing selection results in the entire parlay being lost, except where applicable "insurance" promotions apply.
Live casino games are subject to the rules of the individual game studio (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Live, etc.) as well as kode69's platform-level rules. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, bets already placed and confirmed by the server will stand. Bets placed after a disconnection that was not confirmed server-side will be void and stakes returned.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws on kode69 use official draw results from the relevant source markets. Any dispute regarding draw outcomes must be submitted within 24 hours of the draw result being published. Late claims will not be accepted.
kode69 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds (palpable error), bets placed after an event's official start time using pre-match markets, or bets placed in violation of any rule set out in these Terms. Voided bets result in the full stake being returned to the Member's account balance.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kode69's aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of any Service shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their kode69 account in the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Prior to account closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes, and any remaining verified balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment method via a standard withdrawal, subject to applicable KYC checks.
